Shipping information

Shipping

All orders receive complimentary shipping from Spain worldwide.  

MKC Fastlane Footwear

Fastlane orders are made-to-order and delivered in 6-8 business days. Fastlane orders that include a matching belt require an additional 2 days before dispatch.

All Other Footwear

All other footwear excluding MKC Fastlane is made-to-order and shipped within 3-5 weeks.

Jackets

Men's and Women's Jackets are hand-made and shipped within 2-2.5 weeks. Rush orders accepted. For rush orders please contact us.

Bags

All bags are hand-made and shipped within 2-5 weeks. Rush orders accepted. For rush orders please contact us.

Suits

Made-to-measure suits (tailored) require 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Suits ordered as is (without customizations) are delivered in 7-10 business days.

Tracking Numbers

All clients receive express tracking information upon order dispatch. Notification of shipment is distributed via contact method(s) submitted during initial purchase. 

All orders are shipped with signature-only delivery. Signature-only delivery can be changed by the client via their secure tracking number upon receipt.

Maison Kingsley Chelsea boots are made with A-grade Italian leathers and suedes, then cut, hand-sewn and shaped by our artisans at factories in Spain. Once your bespoke boots are produced, they then undergo stringent quality control.

We use the industry gold-standard Goodyear Welt with and traditional handcraft and shoe-making techniques. The result is a long-lasting durable, flexible, and comfortable Chelsea boot. We’ve finished this design with a squared, slightly chiseled toe paired with an Italian leather calf lining.

The Goodyear Welting process was invented by Charles Goodyear Jr., the son of Charles Goodyear in 1869. It’s weather resistance, multi-layer cork insulated construction, longevity and durability make it the go-to welt amongst top tier men’s luxury boots.

Aromatic deodorizing Cedarwood shoe trees, complimentary engraving of your initials on both outer heels, and complimentary express shipping is standard with every purchase of Men’s Chelsea Boots.
