We have a 15-day return window commencing the date you receive your order. All eligible returns must be received unused and in our original packaging.
To return merchandise, you may contact us via email here, or by phone at +1 800 620 4871. Once confirmed, we will issue you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how to safely ship your package back to us. Any item received by our team without prior contact and authorization will be returned to sender.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Shoes personalized with engraved initials are eligible for return, but subject to a 25% restocking fee in order to facilitate shipment back to Spain and re-soling of the shoes.
Apparel including exotic jackets ordered in standard sizing without personalized embroideries or other customizations are eligible for full refund.
All jacket orders are signature-only deliveries. In the event client is unavailable to receive delivery, re-delivery will be attempted the following business day. In the event client is unavailable for re-delivery, package will be held at nearest shipment access point. It is the sole responsibility of the client to retrieve package from access-point once re-delivery attempts have been exhausted.
Identification matching name of recipient is necessary to retrieve package from access-point. If client does not retrieve package and package is not returned to us, there will be no refund until we receive merchandise in the original condition shipped.
Damages or Issues
It is extremely rare that our clients receive a damaged item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if found to be defective, damaged or if the wrong item was received. Our team will evaluate the issue and correct it in an expedited manner.
Refunds
Once we have confirmed your return, a reversal of funds will be initiated and the original method of payment credited. Completion of reversal is typically 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. In the event you do not see a refund reflected on your bank statement in the allotted time, please contact your bank for confirmation prior to contacting us.
