Shipping information

Shipping

All orders receive complimentary shipping from Spain worldwide.  

MKC Fastlane Footwear

Fastlane orders are made-to-order and delivered in 6-8 business days. Fastlane orders that include a matching belt require an additional 2 days before dispatch.

All Other Footwear

All other footwear excluding MKC Fastlane is made-to-order and shipped within 3-5 weeks.

Jackets

Men's and Women's Jackets are hand-made and shipped within 2-2.5 weeks. Rush orders accepted. For rush orders please contact us.

Bags

All bags are hand-made and shipped within 2-5 weeks. Rush orders accepted. For rush orders please contact us.

Suits

Made-to-measure suits (tailored) require 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Suits ordered as is (without customizations) are delivered in 7-10 business days.

Tracking Numbers

All clients receive express tracking information upon order dispatch. Notification of shipment is distributed via contact method(s) submitted during initial purchase. 

All orders are shipped with signature-only delivery. Signature-only delivery can be changed by the client via their secure tracking number upon receipt.

Maison Kingsley Couture Spain brings a new level of craftsmanship to the Balmoral boot with bespoke, hand-made creations. Using only the finest Italian materials and sartorial fabrics, each boot is hand-painted with natural oils and dyes to produce a unique and luxurious finish. With traditional techniques our Balmoral boots are crafted with premium Goodyear Welt, a welt that is considered the gold standard in the high-end shoe market. The machinery used for the Goodyear Welting process was invented by Charles Goodyear Jr. in 1869 and has since become the hallmark of premium shoemaking.
