The stylish Cartagena is designed with Italian suedes and fine leathers, and sits on a 4 inch block orstiletto heel (100mm). Hand-painted and hand-stitched from top to bottom, the stacked leather heel gives off an modern aesthetic with the appropriate dash of distinction and refinement.
